A police officer was chasing what looked like a speeding motorcycle on the service road on Pelham Parkway and Williamsbridge Road. The motorcycle was riding the wrong way trying to outrun the officer, on a one way street. The officers car crashed into a vehicle which had the right of way sending it into a spin. The cop car smacked into a tree in front of St. Catherine’s highschool, and the civilian’s car spun. There was a young girl walking by who ran for her life because the cop car almost took her out. The cop car smacking into the tree saved her life, otherwise had that tree not been there it would have killed her. I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment when I saw this.
