Two friends and I were driving around town looking at damage, and while we were on 59, we saw a huge plume of smoke in the distance. We happened to be getting off at S. Shepherd, which is where this was - the poor Magic Island restaurant had caught on fire. Don’t know how it’s doing now, but I managed to snap a few pictures of it as we drove past. I got the googly eye from the rescue crew for rubbernecking.
