I hope clinton realizes he has issues with being nice and sometimes comforting. Some of these women need to hear a nice thing and receive a real hug. Clinton has trouble with intimacy and affection in general. Doesn’t really relate functionally with people. Breaking it down is one thing. No need to be a catty queen.

How many people renting in Los Angeles are aware that Villar...

How many people renting in Los Angeles are aware that Villaraigosa and his wealthy Rent Stabilization Board appointed by him have approved a rent increase even higher than last year’s 3%? Yes, rents will go up 4% as of July 1st with an extra one or two percent for those who include gas and/or electricity. How could he approve this when this year the economy is even worse than last year? You cannot find the information on the Internet…it is hidden on a page, so you know they are ashamed of themselves. It has not been announced in any Newspaper or on the radio to my knowledge. They want everyone to get the bad news one by one. Isn’t it time to contact the Mayor and demand a rent roll back for a change? The past five years has resulted in over 20% increases for every renter in Los Angeles “protected” by rent stabilization. Rent Stabilizations implies no increases in hard times. Is it because these politicians all live in gated communities and have no clue what 4% means to most renters? My rent will increase $40 and I have what is considered reasonable rent of $800 plus. Who has had a salary increase amounting to 25% in the past 6 years? Please twitter this information to all your renter friends and how about a bit of action in the way of phone calls to the Mayor and his out of touch Rent Stabilization Board???? Please keep this issue at the top. Villaraigos is stiffing even his own constituents…the poor latino community. How can he expect my vote for governor when he cannot even show he is aware of the hardships facing the people in Los Angeles? Thanks everyone! Hang in there and please, don’t stand for it any more!
