The interview will air live on WHYY 91FM. WHYY will open its phone lines and accept e-mails before and during the interview, which will run from 2 to 3 p.m. Listeners are also encouraged to submit their questions for the show by e-mail to city@whyy.org. Ackerman and Shorr are expected to address Nutter’s plan for the public school system in the face of Philadelphia’s projected $450 million budget gap. The mayor recently outlined an initiative to halve the city’s 45 percent high school dropout rate and double the number of Philadelphians who earn college degrees — both in seven years. Lincoln Highway in Langhorne, PA. Featured will be up and coming local area bands offering a wide variety of music.
