This has been going on at least since summer and apparently we are able to buy new x-ray machines but can not afford to fix the recharging machines but rather have to rely on good old queing in front of the service counter. As regulation time came to and end the horse fell to the ground and writhed in body spasms as spectators wondered what was happening. The rider was unhurt and frantically attended to - with the help of both teams and assistants - no avail to his dying horse. A tragic climax to this otherwise enjoyable event.
